Booking a Party
To begin the process of booking a party, please fill out the form on the contact page. A party host will email you back within 24 hours to get your party started!
Pricing
Prices vary depending on what kind of party you are interested in booking and the number of guests. Please refer to the types of parties listed below for specific pricing information. All parties are secured by a $50 non-refundable deposit with balance due the day of the party. Deposits are due no later than seven days before your party. My Best Birthday accepts payment by cash, check, credit card, and Venmo.
Cancellations
My Best Birthday requires 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your party for any reason. Less than 24 hours notice will require full payment of party. My Best Birthday allows for party rescheduling as long as the party host is contacted more than 24 hours before the party time.

Below are a list of spaces our guests have hosted parties in the past. We are also happy to host parties in new locations, including in-home parties. Please note each venue listed below has its own rental rate that is not included in party cost. Customers are responsible for renting and securing a venue for the date of their party.

Games party
The perfect party for ages 3 and up. A My Best Birthday party host will come to a location of your choice and run active, engaging games for your guests . A mix of cooperative and friendly competition experiences, your party host will make sure everyone has tons of fun in a safe, fair way. Your party host will bring everything needed to run the games, your guests bring the fun!
Pricing: $200. Includes 90 minutes of host-run games for up to 25 guests. Extra guests are $10 per person.
Archery Tag
Shoot your friends! Archery Tag parties are a great choice for ages 12+. Play objective mode, capture the flag, Hunger Games style, and more with this exciting new take on archery. For more details about Archery Tag, click on the link at the top of the page. Perfect for all kinds of events, not just birthdays!
Pricing: $200. Includes 15 minutes of instruction and 60 minutes of play supervised by party host. Additional time is a rate of $100 per 30 minutes. Equipment provided for up to 16 guests (8 on 8 games.) Contact My Best Birthday for pricing details if you are considering a larger party or community event.
Dance Parties
DJing and dancing available for all types of events! Block parties, birthday parties, bar/bat mitzvahs, team banquets, weddings, and more. My Best Birthday will provide all the DJ equipment and music, and will speak with you ahead of time so as many music and game requests can be honored. Games include Pepsi/Coke, dance offs, freeze dance, group dances, lip sync battles, and more.
Pricing: $100 for an hour of music only. $150 an hour for music and games.
Nerf Gun Parties
Want to shoot your friends but not old enough for an Archery Tag party? A Nerf Gun party is the answer! Nerf gun parties are available for ages 8 and up. My Best Birthday will come to your location of choice and run different types of Nerf Gun games. My Best Birthday will also provide Nerf Guns and inflatable bunkers for up to 16 guests.
Pricing: $150 for 60 minutes of host run games.
Tactical Laser Tag
Want to bring your favorite video games to life? Tactical laser tag is the best way to do that! Great for house or corporate parties, 10 players can turn any space into a battlezone with customizable guns. My Best Birthday will provide 10 guns and respawn boxes, as well as inflatable bunkers.
Pricing: $150 for 60 minutes of host run games
Inflatable Archery Targets
Add an exciting and safe experience to any party or event! Hoverball is an inflatable shooting gallery with 4 vents of air that balls float on top and have to be shot off. Stick It is a 5 foot tall “classic” archery target with a velcro face which allows for competition.
Pricing: $50 an hour for 1 inflatable and host. $100 an hour for both inflatables and 2 hosts.
